Love the idea of Book Bucks – aside from encouraging love of books it reinforces money management skills and independent decision making. This concept may makes it’s way to your local gift and book shoppe in a slightly altered format shortly. Thanks to all for inspiration!

Gift of Book Bucks

Post by Melissa Taylor

Like most kids, my kids love to choose their own books to read. They enjoy browsing the bookstore almost as much as me. (Which is one of my favorite things EVER.)

I think book bucks are win-win: kids get to pick out their own books, and we all get a fun outing to the bookstore.
